Complex and estate bin cleaning

Scheduled cleaning of bin stores and communal bins for body corporates and estates, with a report for the trustees.

What to expect

We agree a schedule with the managing agent, clean every bin on the property and pressure wash and sanitise the bin store, including the floor and drains. A short report with photos goes to the trustees after each visit. Residents do not need to do anything.
